Participant will be responsible for signing and upholding a lease agreement for their storefront location for at least three years.
Spring Application Cycle: Spring 2024 cycle applications will be open from May 1st, 2024 through May 30th, 2024, at 8 pm PT. Late applications will not be accepted.

In partnership with Seattle Restored staff, a community advisory panel will review and score applications. Additional support from Grow America will be provided to advise on project readiness and viability. The community advisory panel will consist of individuals from diverse backgrounds who bring valuable perspectives to the decision-making process.
Compelling: Is the proposal thorough and thoughtful? Does the applicant clearly communicate the project and provide proof of business experience or professional artist practice?
Impact: Will the proposal provide a social and/or public benefit for the local community?
Readiness: What is the proposal’s status and viability?
Equity: Is the business or artist practice Woman/ Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color (BIPOC) owned, and/or how does the project serve women/BIPOC communities?
Experience: Does the proposal demonstrate that the business owner or creative entrepreneur has the necessary experience to implement their proposed project
For art residencies, pop-up shops, and long-term activations, high-scoring applicants will proceed to an interview which will take place within two-weeks following application decisions.
