Here’s a few examples of how we craft our unique events:
-Customize a training and chocolate tasting afternoon for your team on communication and change management. Earn continuing education units while learning the finer points of tasting chocolate and trends in regenerative cacao agriculture.
-Co-design a facilitated leadership deep dive into strategic collaboration through the lens of an Understanding Umami happy hour. Challenge assumptions about what foods taste (and what ideas work) amazing together, and why.
-Build a custom agenda-over a day or several- to deliver your blend of learning, doing, (eating!), celebrating and anchoring for the future. Breakout tastings and chef demos, connecting food origins to strategic goals, describing the recipes for team effectiveness.
Co-founders Joanna and Jennifer have a combined 40+ years experience in team facilitation, change leadership, culinary innovation, food science, and workshop design. We draw from this unique mix of talents and skills to design, develop and deliver a custom experience to help your team dig deeper than the typical cooking class or corporate workshop.
