The Pour Haus by Rusted Element Design is a creative pop-up art studio and retail space in Lake City as part of the Seattle Restored program.

Founded by artist Jen Albright, The Pour Haus focuses on making poured resin art accessible to everyone through drop-in studio access, allowing students to explore the medium without needing to purchase all the supplies themselves. In addition, The Pour Haus will host a variety of resin art classes and workshops led by guest artists in other creative mediums. The space will also showcase handcrafted goods by local artists, creating a supportive ecosystem for makers and learners alike.

Its mission centers on creativity, community, and accessibility—helping artists connect directly with customers and share their craft. Through approachable education and collaborative programming, The Pour Haus aims to spark inspiration, lower barriers to entry in the arts, and celebrate Seattle’s vibrant creative scene.
