Eco-Resin: Learn How to Make Terrazzo Home Goods

November 22, 2025 @ 1:00 pm 3:30 pm

Create colorful terrazzo home décor pieces with eco-resin!

In this class, you’ll make your own colorful chips to use in our terrazzo pieces. The base will be an eco-resin that cures very fast! You’ll be able to leave class with your finished pieces and instructions on how to sand them the next day.

You’ll use an eco-resin composite powder that’s water-based and gypsum-based. Once fully cured, the final product is extremely durable—and beautiful!

A variety of molds and colors will be available—not necessarily limited to those pictured. Each student will create their own colorful chips and use them to craft a selection of home goods such as trays, candle holders, and coasters.

When: Saturday, November 22, 1-3:30pm
Where: The Pour Haus, 12315 Lake City Way NE
Cost: $85

What is Terrazzo?
Terrazzo is a durable and customizable composite material with a distinct speckled, mosaic-like aesthetic. It’s typically made from chips of marble, glass, granite, or other aggregates set in a binder such as cement or resin. The top layer is sanded away to reveal the colorful chips.
