We’re thrilled to have you join us as a participant of the Seattle Restored Market Collective! This Seattle Restored Market Toolkit was designed to support your participation and help us streamline the numerous items that need to be completed to ensure we activate and highlight your participation!
Some items are required others are optional. We will note for each item which is required. This page is divided into four sections.
1. UPON ACTIVATION
1A - Submit signed contract
Required for all collective participants
Please submit your signed contract. You will receive notification of the contract through email from Shunpike Programs.
1B - Submit proof of covid vaccination
Required for all collective participants
Please submit a photo of your Covid vaccination card in the folder below. You will not be allowed on-site at the activation location in any capacity before submitting proof of vaccination.
The file name should be your name. Example: Andrea_Porter_Covid_Vaccination_Card
1C - Submit PayMent Request and W-9 Form
Required for all collective participants
Please complete the below form. In order to participate in this collective you will need a City of Seattle Business License number. If you do not have your license yet, please submit the form now and send us your license number as soon as possible.
Please download or use a W-9 you have on file and submit it below.
We will issue your initial payment within 15 days of receiving the following:
1. Signed contract
2. Payment form
3. W-9 form
4. Pre-activation survey
Your final payment will be issued within 15 days of completion of the following:
1. Fulfilling all required participation days
2. All sales reports
3. Post- activation survey
Event payments will be issued within 15 days of completion of the following:
1. Creating an event listing. See 3A below.
2. Hosting the event
1D - complete a short pre-activation survey
Required for all collective participants
This survey will help us access the impact of the program. You will be asked to complete a similar survey at the completion of your activation.
1E - complete a participant bio
Required for all collective participants
A completed bio will help Jennie, the collective manager, and other participants speak about your products, process, and business if you are not present. It is also great info for us to share on social and in newsletters.
1F - Access Toolkit to Activate your Seattle Restored location
Some but not all materials will be relevant for collective partcipants
This toolkit will offer you resource suggestions for materials needed to set up your activation, pop-up store layout ideas, including ADA compliance, checklists for day-to-day operations, videos to support sales, and much more. This is a primary tool to help you activate your venue to the fullest. Please review it in detail.
1G - Promote Your Inclusion in Seattle Restored
The collective manager will promote the collective as a whole but we also encourage you to promote your inclusion in the program
Use the below social media kit to promote your participation in Seattle Restored. We want to create buzz for this program so if each participant highlights their inclusion everyone will benefit. Please be sure to regularly post about your inclusion in Seattle Restored! We have a robust media campaign highlighting the program.
1H - COACHING SESSION WITH MERCHANT METHOD
Available to all not required
A one-time 30 minute coaching session is available to Seattle Restored participants through our partner Chris at Merchant Method. This session will help support you in identifying the best set-up design for your activation, product merchandising options, or business operations.
1I - SQUARE POINT OF SALE REQUEST FORM & TRAINING
Available to all not required
Square has generously offered Seattle Restored participants a free point of sales system that you may keep after completing the program. Units are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the form below to request your unit.
If you would like support in setting up your Square system Square is offering 1:1 training sessions. Please reach out to Andrea at seattlerestored@gmail.com if you would like to arrange a training. Trainings are available on Fridays. Please let us know best time and date for an upcoming Friday to connect.
1J - Sign up for EnviroStars
Available to all not required
As a Seattle Restored participant, we’re excited to offer you access to free resources and marketing opportunities for sustainable business practices through the state-wide EnviroStars program. Please complete the below form.
2. MONTHLY
2A - Submit your Daily Revenue Report
Required for all Seattle Restored Market Participants
As a Seattle Restored participant we require revenue reporting to highlight impact of the program. Your information will be reported in aggregate only.
We understand you may have a zero revenue day. If this is the case please still complete this form listing zero revenue.
Please complete this form at the end of each pop-up day.
2B - Review your Toolkit
Some but not all materials that will be relevant for collective activation participants
Review the toolkit now that you are at a new point in you activation. Are you fully taking advantage of all the tools, classes, and opportunities available through Seattle Restored and our partner Merchant Method?
2C - Promote Your Inclusion in Seattle Restored
Optional but encouraged for all collective participants
Use the below social media kit to promote your participation in Seattle Restored. We want to create buzz for this program so if each participant highlights their inclusion everyone will benefit. Please be sure to regularly post about your inclusion in Seattle Restored! We will also have a robust media campaign highlighting the program. We will send out details as they are available.
3. AS NEEDED
3A - Submit an Event listing
Optional for all collective participants
If you are hosting an event please complete the below form.
Seattle Restored would like to highlight any special events you host through the Seattlerestored.org events page and Seattle Restored Instagram channel. Please complete the below form for EACH special event you intent to host. Do not create one for each of your participation days.
Please name photo files your event name. Example: Launch Party for Seattle Arts United
Information submitted will be added to the site by Seattle Restored program managers. Please allow up to 48 hours for event listing to be published.
4. COMPLETION OF ACTIVATION
4A - SURVEY
Required for all collective participants
Seattle Restored requires that all participants participate in a post-event survey within 15 days of completion of your activation.
Seattle Restored encourages everyone to participate in its programs and activities.

Please provide at least 72 hrs. notice will help ensure availability; sign language interpreting requests may take longer.
