Silver Slice Bakery, founded by pastry chef Tonyia Smith, is activating a one-of-a-kind culinary gallery pop-up through Seattle Restored called “Art You Can Eat.”

Tonyia’s work blends the precision of fine art with the joy of gluten-free and vegan baking, transforming pastries into edible exhibits. Known for supplying fresh baked goods to prestigious hotels and for the company’s Olive Oyl line of gluten-free and vegan baking mixes, the bakery champions high-quality, inclusive, and imaginative cuisine.

Silver Slice Bakery’s goal is to make food memorable—through taste, story, and visual impact—while revitalizing Seattle’s storefronts with warmth, creativity, and community.

This Seattle Restored pop-up showcases limited-edition baked goods inspired by famous artists, gallery-style tea displays, and a rotating lineup of creative food installations.
