Everett Lovrien is a Seattle-based artist drawn to the world of dark symbols in the natural world.

Using the Victorian flower language, occult symbolism, and gouache paint, they illustrate the subconscious mind and difficult concepts that often lie therein, choosing to make eye-catching art from what society often tries to ignore.

As an autistic artist, Everett works to highlight radical self-acceptance and self-improvement through their art, hoping to cause their audience to reflect more kindly upon their own shadow self. Laid out in the form of florals and other visually pleasing vignettes, Everett hopes to make the world a more accepting and thoughtful place with art and symbols.
