Seattle Chainstitch

Seattle Chainstitch is a small business specializing in chainstitched wearables and other unique embroidered pieces, many of which were rescued from thrift stores and estate sales with lots of vintage.

Seattle Chainstitch uses a Singer 114w103 industrial sewing machine from 1900 for their chainstitch embroidery, a technique that forms looped stitches into a signature chain. Unlike computerized embroidery, this method is guided by hand, ensuring that every piece is truly one of a kind.
