The 1st Ave Artist Residency brings together five talented artists from different art disciplines. This unique space features a blend of retail, gallery space, and working studios, providing the artists opportunities to collaborate, experiment, and sell their work.
Throughout the residency, artists participate in the Downtown Art Walk and host special events like Paint & Sip nights and Artist Talks—offering the community a chance to connect with their creative process and works for sale.
The 1st Ave Artist Residency participated in Seattle Restored from January 2025 through June 2025, featuring artists Charmi Shah, Throwboy, Sylwia Tur, Talha Baig, and Vivian Li. The cohort continued on independently in the space through January 2026.
