Slow Flow Yoga & Sound Bath at Only

$15Join Only for a candlelit slow flow and sound bath the week of the first new moon of 2024. This gentle evening class is a chance to welcome new beginnings in preparation for the restorative energy of the new moon and will allow you to reflect, release, and reset, all while bathed in soft, calming candlelight. Class will wind down with a meditative sound bath during an extended savasana enhanced with optional essential oils.
Light refreshments will be provided.
