Overview: Host Daniela is a trauma-informed hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher, and writer. She’s on a mission to help people navigate through the ups and downs of life with more awareness, self-compassion, resilience and courage. She’ll be guiding a nourishing session where you’ll learn how to tap into your intuition and set mindful intentions that actually stick.

 

About this workshop:

Daniela will kick off the event with a short welcome meditation and then she’ll dive into some freewriting – perfect for shaking off the heaviness of the week and coming home to yourself. Once you’re all settled in and cozy, Daniela will guide you through a powerful mindfulness meditation to tune into your intuition and inner wisdom.

After that, she’ll share some journaling prompts to help you set mindful intentions for living a more value-driven life. The secret to creating lasting intentions is thinking about how you want to approach your life in the next 12 months rather than focusing on achieving specific goals. And that’s exactly what we’re going to do together!

This workshop is your chance to let what’s bubbling underneath spill onto the page. Daniela will invite you to share any thoughts or reflections you may have but there’s no pressure to share your writing. Daniela’s priority is to create a warm, friendly and non-judgemental space and allow you to journal and meditate with comfort and ease.

To wrap it all up, Daniela will share an inspiring poem to set the tone for your week ahead.

  • your favorite journal and pen
  • water
  • a yoga mat and a blanket
  • bolster and pillow for extra comfort

Please wear your comfiest and coziest clothes for ultimate relaxation.

Don’t worry if you don’t have any prior mindfulness or journaling experience – Daniela will be supporting you every step of the way.
