** Ojaswe – will be serving samples of their savory chickpea chilla pancakes hot off the pan
** Kozmo Kitchen – will be offering a wide selection of beautifully made onigiri and Japanese potato salad
** Cafe An’Clair – will be pouring cold brews and iced teas alongside an assortment of sweet and savory baked treats boasting Asian inspired flavors
Hyphen will also be piloting their pop-up deli booth stocked with:
** Yoka Miso’s locally made premium Japanese misos
** OHSUN’s tasty kimbap and cucumber muchim
