Join A Matter of Taste for an intimate artisan chocolate tasting event and discussion guided by local experts pioneering new techniques as part of Highlighting Origins – a series of intimate tasting events with makers at the historic Florence Theater in Pioneer Square.
This event features a tasting by Insight Chocolate, a panel discussion with local chocolate industry folks, and an ‘unexpected pairings’ grazing board. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste samples from each step of the chocolate manufacturing process. Learn first hand how this approach helps to address the colonial history of cherished foods and how we can apply this thinking to today’s challenges.
