The New Moon represents new beginnings & is a time to plant new seeds & intentions for the next moon cycle. This Sound Bath is the perfect opportunity to release, reflect & reassess. A journal is encouraged to allow thoughts & emotions to flow following the Sound Bath. Led by Earl Reu of Four Healing.
