Fall Fruit Shrub Class

Shrub is a delicious, tart syrup that adds pizzazz to your mixed drinks—alcoholic and non, alike! Learn how to make shrub and choose from a variety of seasonal fruits, aromatics, and vinegars to create your own unique flavor combination.
In this class you will learn:
-What exactly shrub is (besides a perennial, woody plant)
-How to make your own shrub not just one, but two ways (and the best way to utilize both method)
-How to enjoy your shrub in cocktails, mocktails, and spritzers
You’ll leave class with a ton of shrub knowledge, recipes, and your very own shrub. Get ready for a whole new world of beverages!
