The base will be an eco-resin that cures very fast! You’ll be able to leave class with your finished pieces and instructions on how to sand them the next day. \n\n\n\nYou’ll use an eco-resin composite powder that’s water-based and gypsum-based. Once fully cured\, the final product is extremely durable—and beautiful! \n\n\n\nA variety of molds and colors will be available—not necessarily limited to those pictured. She takes a process driven approach to painting  and enjoys many mediums as they lend different qualities to the process.  Her paintings employ layers of color\, worked with palette knives and brushes\, whimsical use of dot and line\, and energetic brush strokes.  You’ll see abstraction that combines creative mark-making\, and gestural application of bold colors\, and always Tiffany blue. She has been painting for twenty plus years. Her work is part of private and corporate collections all over the US.  Kelly Rae is an Artist and Interior Designer who brings her love of color and pattern to everything she creates.  Kelly Rae lives in West Seattle\, WA with her wife\, eleven year old kiddo\, and a darling springer spaniel named Barley.  Her Art + Design Studio is in her backyard garden studio.
