Soulful Flow Yoga

Soulful Flow Yoga (SFY) is an inclusive practice founded by Jasmine RaShae’. It is designed to offer yoga accessible to all, with a vision to provide representation and exposure to yoga and wellness for communities of color.

Soulful Flow Yoga offers accessible yoga and mindfulness practices for youth, adults, and elders. Jasmine RaShae’ + Community Partners aim to cultivate an inclusive experience and provide healing tools through movement, meditation, and music.
