Mayra Sibrian is the owner of Pan de La Selva, a small-batch panadería making pan dulce inspired by, but not limited to, Central American and Mexican culture.

Each pastry is an offering made to stir emotion, curiosity, and connection. She bakes with both traditional and local PNW ingredients, using what the land offers to honor where we come from, where we are, and where we’re going. Mayra’s work reflects a deep love for cultural storytelling through food, bridging generations through flavor and memory.

Through her Seattle Restored activation, Mayra hopes to create a space that invites dialogue and reflection one pan at a time.
